Welcome to JobFit ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using JobFit, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
JobFit is a software product that helps users create, tailor, and export resumes, including AI-assisted bullet rewriting and job-description matching. Service may evolve over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account.
3. Plans and payments
- Free plan: one saved resume, unlimited use of the free ATS checker, and live editor access. PDF export requires Pro.
- Pro Monthly ($29/mo): recurring subscription, billed monthly until canceled.
- Pro Lifetime ($149): one-time payment for permanent access to current and future Pro features.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes are calculated and collected automatically where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
If something goes wrong within 7 days of your initial purchase, email support@jobfit.app and we'll make it right. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. AI features
AI suggestions are generated by third-party language models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending a resume to an employer. Do not rely on AI output as the sole source of truth.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use JobFit to misrepresent qualifications, infringe rights, send spam, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. Intellectual property
You own the content you put into your resumes. We own JobFit, its templates, branding, and software. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you.
8. Disclaimers & liability
JobFit is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll post a notice on this page when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
